My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were very dismal and did not match the 3-star rating, being old, basic, and small. However, the location was excellent, right in the heart of Florence, close to notable monuments, markets, and the train station. The dining experience was poor with basic and sometimes not fresh options.
I stayed at a hotel that had everything I needed, like a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a decent shower, but it could use a bit of tender loving care. It was right next to the elevator, which was quite noisy. The location was amazing, within walking distance of the train station, bus station, restaurants, and most attractions, making it very convenient. The breakfast was good enough to fuel a full day of exploring but could be better. Overall, a simple and neat hotel that could benefit from some maintenance.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with major attractions just a short walk away, but the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was a major downside for me.
